How to Delete Your Account & Data

By default, when you request account deletion, all accounts associated with your email address for apps published by a51.io will be deleted.

If you only want to delete your account for specific apps, please mention this clearly in the text of your email.

Send an email to ayx@a51.io from the email address linked to your account(s).
Use the subject line: DELETE ACCOUNT
If you wish to only delete your data for specific apps, please specify the app name(s) in your message.

What Happens Next?

Your deletion request will be processed within up to 5 business days.
After completion, your account(s) and data are permanently deleted.
Backups may remain securely for up to 365 days for operational reasons.
